- Custom Orders -

Before You Make An Order Request..

Please keep in mind my Custom Order Guidelines:

• Type of custom orders you can request. Any variation of something I already sell is fair game. For example, if you want a customized beanie with stripes or a beanie of a different color I don't already have listed, you can make a custom order for one. While my specialty is warm fuzzies for winter, I also make blankets of all sizes, home & kitchen decor, stuffed animals, and even pet accessories! If you're not sure if I make what you want, simply ask using the form below.

• Details. Try to give me as many details about what you want as possible so I can give you an accurate quote. If you have a picture or pattern, even better. If you don't know what type of yarn you want used, we can chat about this and I can send you some ideas!

• Cost. I will give you a quote of your estimated custom order cost based on the cost of yarn, the time it takes to make it, and shipping costs (N/A if you live locally and can pick it up). If you are okay with the cost, I will send you a digital invoice to pay. The entire project cost is due upfront in order for me to start ordering the materials and making your custom order. These costs are non-refundable.

• Time. Please plan ahead and allow 4-10 weeks for your custom order to be created and delivered. If there is a time-sensitive deadline such as a baby shower, orders can be rushed. Speaking of rush orders...

• Rush Orders. A rush order can be requested, but that will be an additional cost based on the scope of the project, amount of notice I'm given, and the realistic capabilities of what I can do. If I'm not given enough notice (i.e. a baby blanket for a baby shower next week), I might have to decline your custom order request.
